RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that most EFX dye-sublimated apparel and accessories are made to order. Because of this, we maintain a strict Return, Exchange, and Cancellation policy outlined below:
GENERAL TERMS

Restocking Fee: All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items and receiving replacements.

Order Adjustments: Online purchases are processed within 48 hours. Any changes must be requested within this window. Once the 48 hours have passed, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Order Approvals: No approval is required to process orders made through the website.

Proof Policy: Semi-custom orders requiring more than three (3) design proofs—whether ordered online or via email—may incur additional charges.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized items (e.g., name drops or personalization)

Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Products that have been worn or used
